Develop shared, trusted-source contract manufacturing facilities capable of producing cells, packs, and integrated systems for multiple companies. The customer brings the design and chemistry; the foundry manufactures under qualified contract.

Equipment Independence
Rebuild domestic battery manufacturing-equipment capability and reduce reliance on imported tooling — the most overlooked segment of the value chain and a prerequisite for true sovereignty.

Materials Security
Establish resilient, increasingly closed-loop supply chains for lithium, graphite, nickel, cobalt, silicon, electrolytes, and separators — including direct recycling to reduce primary-mineral dependence.

In partnership with Re::Guard Energy, integrate risk transfer, warranty management, compliance tracking, and live battery intelligence across the Alliance ecosystem. Digital Product Passports, fire and recall risk modeling, portfolio-level health monitoring, and circular-economy lifecycle data give manufacturers, OEMs, asset owners, financiers, and insurers the confidence to scale domestic battery production safely and bankably.
